Canada

Your items ship FREE directly from the boutique on orders over $100 if you are located in Canada. If you purchase from more than one boutique, you will receive multiple packages and a unique tracking number for each package.

For orders under $100, we offer $10 flat-rate shipping to Canada. 

International and US

You will be charged a flat $50 CAD fee which includes shipping and duties for your convenience. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic orders ship via Canada Post and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders ship via DHL and usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

All items are shipped to you on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the price you see on the website. RETURNS

Returns are on us! Contact info@noibu.com to receive a free shipping label and mailing address.

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • We offer free returns on all items except intimates (shapewear, bras, undies, tights), customizable merchandise and items marked as final sale.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed). Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. When shipping returns, shoeboxes must be placed inside a larger packaging box.
  • Free gifts are non-refundable.
