The latest in the mermaid series, she appears here on a bright blue skirt with a wine red mesh hem. The pull-on waistband is slimming and stretchy. The mermaid appliqués are all hand cut and sewn in silk and jacquard fabrics. This skirt is truly a wearable piece of art.
